Minnesota SF3276 allocates $3,000,000 from the general fund for Blck Press Center for Broadcast Journalism to establish a media training and education facility in St. Paul. The funds will be used for property acquisition, predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping the facility. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
