Minnesota SF320 establishes that undocumented noncitizens are ineligible for early release from incarceration and for prosecutor-initiated sentence adjustments. The bill amends Minnesota Statutes to explicitly state that undocumented noncitizens cannot be granted early supervised release, conditional medical or epidemic release, or any other form of early release. It also specifies that undocumented noncitizens are ineligible for sentence adjustments. The provisions are effective the day following final enactment.
