Minnesota SF3183 allocates $5,207,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Mendota. This funding will support the acquisition of property and easements, as well as the predesign, design, and construction of a water main looping and pressure reduction system. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $5,207,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675.
