Minnesota SF3145 allocates $6.75 million from the general fund for a grant to Saint Paul Urban Tennis, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The funds will be used to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a new tennis and life learning community center. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
