Minnesota SF3126 appropriates $5.7 million from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Tonka Bay. The funds will be used to design, construct, and equip the replacement of aging and failing municipal infrastructure, including water distribution, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer systems, as well as street reconstruction in the Lakeview and Wildhurst neighborhoods. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $5.7 million to provide the appropriated funds.
