Minnesota SF301 allocates $3.5 million from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Lake Lillian for the design, construction, and equipping of new water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems, as well as street reconstruction. The funds are to be provided through the sale and issuance of state bonds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. This appropriation supplements a previous allocation made in 2023.
