To qualify, a corporation must have worldwide revenues of at least $250 million, employ at least 250 eligible employees at its corporate headquarters in Minnesota, and make a minimum investment of $10 million in eligible expenses related to the corporate headquarters project. The credit is equal to the lesser of the employee wage credit amount or the maximum credit amount.
