Modifies public water inventory revision process in Minnesota.

Amends Minnesota Statutes to modify the public water inventory revision process. It requires the commissioner to maintain maps of public waters in each county, showing waters designated as public under state laws. The commissioner must revise these maps to correct errors, add or subtract certain water bodies, and notify relevant parties. The commissioner can reclassify wetlands as public waters if certain conditions are met. The bill also appropriates $1,000,000 annually from fiscal years 2025 through 2032 to update the public water inventory.
