Minnesota SF2767 amends the state's natural resources statutes to require that life jackets for children on watercraft include reflective material. Starting January 1, 2027, these jackets must have at least 31 square inches of retroreflective material on the front, back, and each reversible side. The law, known as the Grant Allen Law, also specifies that the material must be divided equally between the upper quadrants of each side and positioned close to the shoulder area.
