Minnesota SF2743 amends the state's medical assistance coverage to include audio-only telehealth services. This bill modifies Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256B.0625, subdivision 3b, to expand the definition of telehealth services. Effective July 1, 2025, or upon federal approval, whichever is later, telehealth will include audio-only communication between a health care provider and a patient.
