Amends the Board of Animal Health membership and appointment process in Minnesota.

The bill modifies the Board of Animal Health in Minnesota by expanding its membership from seven to eleven. It requires three members to be livestock producers, one to be a member of a federally recognized Tribe with animal husbandry experience, three to be practicing veterinarians, two to be at-large members, one to be a tribal member, and four to be regional members. At least two members must represent the public and not be employed in agriculture, veterinary medicine, or the pet industry. The governor's appointments must aim for gender and geographic balance.
