Minnesota SF2451 allocates $350,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Champlin for constructing a jetty and bank stabilization improvements upstream of the Mississippi Crossings public dock system. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $350,000 to fund this project, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state constitution.
