Minnesota SF2450 authorizes the issuance of up to $500,000 in state bonds for a new segment of the Elm Creek Greenway Trail Corridor in Champlin.

Minnesota SF2450 appropriates $500,000 from bond proceeds to the Metropolitan Council for a grant to the city of Champlin. This funding will be used for property and easement acquisition and predesign of a new segment of the Elm Creek Greenway Trail Corridor. The new segment will connect Mississippi Crossings to the Elm Creek Park Reserve. The bond issuance and appropriation are subject to the terms outlined in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
