Minnesota SF2381 allows Itasca County to sell by private sale up to ten percent of tax-forfeited land bordering public waters. This sale must comply with Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282, and the conveyance must be approved by the attorney general. This authority is in addition to any other authority the county has to sell tax-forfeited lands. The provision expires on June 30, 2027.
