Minnesota SF23 authorizes a $4.5 million bond issue for the Interstate 35 and Scott County State-Aid Highway 2 interchange reconstruction.

Minnesota SF23 appropriates $4.5 million from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund for the reconstruction of the interchange at Interstate Highway 35 and Scott County State-Aid Highway 2. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell state bonds to fund this appropriation. The proceeds, excluding accrued interest and any premium, must be deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund. This bill is effective the day following final enactment.
