Minnesota SF2274 proposes an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution to allow owners of agricultural land, nonhomesteaded and noncommercial real property, or small business property to vote on local property tax questions where the property is located. The amendment must be submitted to voters at the 2026 general election. If adopted, the amendment will allow these property owners to vote in the precinct where the property is located on any question concerning a local levy or bond referendum.
