Minnesota SF2223 allocates $10,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Monticello to design, engineer, construct, furnish, and equip a water treatment facility and accompanying infrastructure. The appropriation is in addition to a previous allocation. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue bonds to provide the necessary funds.
