Minnesota SF2195 provides a onetime $2,000,000 appropriation from the general fund for the Hmong Cultural Center of Minnesota, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to predesign, design, construct, renovate, furnish, and equip a building in St. Paul. The facility will offer programming and resources to celebrate Hmong culture and promote cross-cultural awareness. The funds are available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
