Minnesota SF2170 appropriates $750,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Cass County. This grant is intended for capital improvements to the Soo Line grade all-terrain vehicle trail systems in Cass County. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $750,000 to fund this appropriation, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
