This bill appropriates $400,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for the corridors of commerce program. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell and issue trunk highway bonds up to $400,000,000 to fund this appropriation. The commissioner may use up to 17 percent of the amount for program delivery. The proceeds of the bonds, except accrued interest and any premium, must be deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund.
