Minnesota SF2065 allocates $4,350,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Wilder. The funds will be used to acquire property and easements, design, engineer, and construct a new gravity collection and conveyance system, and build a lift station and force main to provide regional wastewater treatment with the city of Windom. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,350,000 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution.
