Amends Minnesota Statutes to prohibit undocumented noncitizens from receiving state financial aid for higher education. This includes state-funded financial aid, institutional financial aid from public postsecondary educational institutions and Tribal colleges, and private financial aid. The provision takes effect the day following final enactment and applies to financial aid awards beginning in the fall term of the 2025-2026 academic year.
