Minnesota SF1931 allocates $2,500,000 from the general fund for capital improvements at Lutheran Social Service in St. Paul. The funds will be used for accessibility and modernization, expanding transitional housing for youth, enhancing a therapeutic preschool, and improving office space for employment services. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
