Minnesota SF1663 allocates $1,650,000 from bond proceeds for the city of Arden Hills to acquire property and easements and construct a pedestrian and bicycle trail along Old Highway 10 North. The trail will connect to the existing regional trail along County State-Aid Highway 96. The appropriation also includes funds for a boardwalk over a wetland area, as required by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
