Minnesota SF1611 appropriates $250,000 for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 from the general fund to the Office of Higher Education for student loan debt counseling. The funds must be used in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 136A.1788. The commissioner may use up to three percent of the appropriation for program administration.
