Minnesota SF138 allocates $3.5 million from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Proctor for water, sewer, and electric utility extensions and replacements. The funds will be used to extend utilities from Ugstad Road on the north side of Interstate 35 to the south side and along the frontage road, as well as to replace utilities from Ugstad Road to 2nd Street. The appropriation does not require a nonstate match. The bill also authorizes the sale and issuance of state bonds up to $3.5 million to provide the appropriated funds.
