Minnesota SF1355 encourages school districts and charter schools to include instruction on healthy aging and dementia in their curriculum for students in grades 6 through 12. The bill also mandates that the commissioner of education, in consultation with the commissioner of health and dementia advocacy organizations, provide age-appropriate resources on these topics to schools by July 1, 2026, and every even-numbered year thereafter.
