Minnesota SF1312 amends the allocation limits for the credit for sustainable aviation fuel. It sets the maximum credit certificates the commissioner can issue at $7,400,000 for fiscal year 2025 and $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029. Any unallocated amounts from fiscal years 2025 or 2026 to 2029 can be allocated through fiscal year 2030. Credit certificates cannot be issued for fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2030, and any unallocated amounts cancel on that date.
