Appropriates $825,000 for reconstructing the driver training track at Dakota County Technical College.

The bill allocates $825,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for the reconstruction of the driver training track at Dakota County Technical College. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $825,000 to fund this appropriation, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. The appropriation and bond issuance become effective the day following final enactment of the bill.
