This bill establishes a two-year expiration for commissions, task forces, working groups, advisory councils, committees, or other multimember agencies, excluding licensing boards, unless their enabling statutes specify a different expiration date. By February 1, 2026, the Legislative Coordinating Commission must submit a report to the chairs and ranking minority members of the committees in the senate and the house of representatives with jurisdiction over state government.
