Minnesota SF1226 authorizes the issuance of state bonds to fund road improvements in Forest Lake.

Minnesota SF1226 appropriates $4,000,000 from bond proceeds for the city of Forest Lake to acquire land and construct the Forest Road North realignment and improvements at the intersection with 11th Avenue. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,000,000 to fund this project. This appropriation and bond issuance are governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
