The bill appropriates $4,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Brooklyn Park for a grant to predesign, design, construct, acquire right-of-way and easements, and equip improvements to the city's water distribution system. This includes two water mains that will connect from the east to west under marked U.S. Highway 169 north of marked Trunk Highway 610, one water main that will connect from the north to south under marked Trunk Highway 610 west of marked U.S. Highway 169, and supporting connections between the new crossings to support the city's biotech innovation district.
