Exempts sales and use tax for construction materials for Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport renovations.

The bill provides a refundable sales tax exemption for materials and supplies used in the construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance, or improvement of public infrastructure at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. This exemption applies if the materials, supplies, and equipment are purchased between June 30, 2023, and January 1, 2028. Refunds for the tax exemption cannot be paid before July 1, 2025.
