Minnesota SF1135 appropriates $3,909,000 from bond proceeds to the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Blooming Prairie. The funds will be used to design, construct, and equip capital improvements along the Trunk Highway 218 corridor to address soil and groundwater contamination. This includes removing, replacing, and remediating contaminated soil, and replacing and rehabilitating wastewater, drinking water, and other public utility infrastructure. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,909,000 to fund this appropriation.
