Minnesota SF1106 mandates that health plan companies providing prescription coverage must pay a dispensing fee for pharmacy services. The fee must be at least equal to the dispensing fee specified in section 256B.0625, subdivision 13e, paragraph (a). This requirement does not apply to managed care plans or county-based purchasing plans that cover public health care program enrollees under chapters 256B or 256L.
