Minnesota SF1092 allocates $250,000 from bond proceeds to the Metropolitan Council for a grant to Anoka County. This funding will construct an accessible parking lot in Oak Grove, within the Cedar Creek Conservation Area. The parking lot will provide direct access to the Remember Them veterans memorial. The appropriation does not require a nonstate contribution. The commissioner of management and budget will sell and issue state bonds up to $250,000 to provide the appropriated funds.
