Minnesota SF1031 appropriates $853,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the city of New Hope for capital improvements at the New Hope Golf Course. The funds will be used for predesign, design, construction, reconstruction, and equipment of improvements, including replacing the golf course irrigation system, reconstructing paved golf cart paths, and building a new cold equipment storage facility. To finance this appropriation, the commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $853,000, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution.
