Minnesota HF995 appropriates $100,000 for Wings of the North to develop an aviation museum and education center.

Minnesota HF995 allocates $100,000 from the general fund for the Minnesota Historical Society to grant to Wings of the North. The funds are designated for predesign and site development of an aviation museum and education center at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie. This appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
