Allocates $100,000 from the general fund to the Minnesota Historical Society for Wings of the North to develop an aviation museum and education center on the Flying Cloud Airport campus in Eden Prairie. This funding is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
