Minnesota HF972 provides $21,208,000 from bond proceeds for capital improvements at the Lakewood water treatment plant in Duluth. The funds will support rehabilitation of the granular infiltration system, roof repair, and other enhancements to ensure ongoing operations and improve water reservoirs and pump stations. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to the appropriated amount.
