Minnesota HF971 provides funding for the construction, furnishing, and equipping of an addition to the Brooklyn Park community activity center to create a Northwest Metro Regional Athletic Facility. The bill authorizes the sale and issuance of state bonds up to $9.5 million to cover the costs.
