Minnesota HF943 appropriates $6.5 million for a Civil Air Patrol hangar and training center in Hutchinson.

Minnesota HF943 allocates $6.5 million from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Hutchinson. This grant will support the predesign, design, equipping, and furnishing of a hangar and statewide training center for the Civil Air Patrol. The funding does not require a nonstate contribution. To finance this appropriation, the commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $6.5 million, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state constitution.
