Minnesota HF920 appropriates $10,000,000 for a wastewater industrial pretreatment facility in Litchfield.

Minnesota HF920 amends previous appropriations to provide an additional $10,000,000 for the First District Association, a dairy cooperative in Litchfield, to design, engineer, construct, equip, and furnish a new wastewater industrial pretreatment facility. This facility will handle up to 1,750,000 gallons per day of high strength wastewater, include a biosolids handling process, and produce renewable gas. The appropriation is in addition to previous funding and is effective the day following final enactment.
