Minnesota HF911 proposes an amendment to the state constitution to allow owners of agricultural land, nonhomesteaded and noncommercial real property, or small business property to vote on local property tax questions. The amendment must be submitted to voters in the 2026 general election. If adopted, the amendment will allow these property owners to vote in the precinct where their property is located on any local levy or bond referendum. Owners may vote by absentee ballot or in a mail election.
