The segments include a route from the city of Little Falls to the Camp Ripley Military Museum, from Blanchard Dam in Morrison County to Lindbergh State Park, and from the Paul Bunyan Trail in the city of Baxter to the city of Pillager. This appropriation is a onetime fund available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
