Minnesota HF904 appropriates $500,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for grants to Little Falls, Morrison County, or both for predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of an airplane hangar at the Little Falls/Morrison County Airport. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $500,000 to fund this appropriation.
