Allows transfer of wine between liquor stores owned by the same licensee in Minnesota.
Minnesota HF901 permits the transfer of wine between liquor stores owned by the same licensee, provided certain conditions are met. The licensee must notify the wholesaler and the Division of Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement of the transfer. This amendment to Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 340A.412, adds a new subdivision allowing such transfers. The bill is effective the day following final enactment.
