Minnesota HF620 allocates $14,018,000 from bond proceeds for the design, construction, renovation, and equipment of the Center for Rural Health and Wellness at Southwest Minnesota State University. The commissioner of management and budget is directed to sell and issue state bonds up to the specified amount, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. This appropriation is effective the day following final enactment.
