Minnesota HF544 expands ineligibility for earned incentive release credit under the Minnesota Rehabilitation and Reinvestment Act.

Minnesota HF544 amends the Minnesota Rehabilitation and Reinvestment Act by expanding the list of individuals ineligible for earned incentive release credit. These individuals include those serving life sentences, those given indeterminate sentences for crimes committed on or before April 30, 1980, those subject to good time under section 244.04 or similar laws, and those serving sentences for labor trafficking, unlawful conduct with respect to documents in furtherance of labor or sex trafficking, prostitution or sex trafficking offenses, criminal sexual conduct, criminal sexual predatory.
