Minnesota HF5033 allocates $3,386,000 from bond proceeds for the Redwood Falls Municipal Airport. The funds will be used to reconstruct the aircraft parking ramp and parallel taxiway to Runways 12 and 30, mill and overlay these runways, and install a stormwater management system. The commissioner of management and budget will sell state bonds to provide the necessary funds. This appropriation is exempt from certain statutory requirements.
