Minnesota HF4927 appropriates $2.5 million from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Hanska to design and construct a new water tower. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $2.5 million to fund this appropriation.
